We must take into consideration that several rows of slates are going to butt against the side of the chimney column. Since the slates overlap each other, the side flashing on the chimney must be cut into sections that overlap each other as well, otherwise one long piece of side flashing would allow water to run under the edge of the slates.
The side flashing pieces need not be installed as separate step and counter flashings, but can be installed as single pieces. This single side-piece system works well when re-flashing smaller chimneys, especially on older buildings that have already settled. Very large brick or stone chimneys may be easier to flash using separate step and counter flashings. Chimneys on new construction installed by Toronto roofers also benefit from a combination of step and counter flashing as the roofs will settle slightly over time while the chimney will not. This causes the step flashing, attached to the roof, to drop in relation to the counter flashing, attached to the chimney, which is not a problem if the two flashings are separate.

Being amazing sometimes is achievable instantly or years or work. But usually those that are in the former side, stays in the head of the viewers because it is quite good. Not saying that the former isn’t amazing at all, but usually it tends to go on the ‘worst’ side. you know? The dumbest, strangest, funniest, etc. And that’s the reason why it was achieved so easy. Now combine amazing with tips and we have a bomb already! What do I mean, let’s just say you’re that type of guy who likes to wait for something to change his life. This could might be it, just like what I did when I first bought my electric water kettles. At first, I was lost and didn’t know what to do because I thought it was a waste of money but it turns out it was quite the opposite and it was a real good asset for everyone.

Attic or loft ladders are a great way to gain entry into a loft or attic area in your home. This is an excellent area to take advantage of for additional storage or even doing a remodel project to make a loft bedroom area. But along with this space you will need a loft ladder to get up to the room.
Some of your options include ladders such as folding models which are attached to a hatch in your ceiling and pull down with a cord when you need to use them. Another option are the concertina ladders which fold up like an accordion. They are also attached to the hatch, but the advantage here is that they fold up to less than 8 inches and can be pulled down nearly vertical. So they are great for tight spaces.
Any of these models have added features like safety treads, rubberized feet and handrails among others.
